For our team in Landshut and/or Großbeeren (near Berlin) we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) with a focus on the revitalization and refurbishment of existing facades.

Your essential duties include:

• Management, organization and execution of sophisticated facade projects – nationally and internationally
• Multi-project management with focus on “Time, Budget & Quality”
• Professional and technical coordination with our design team as well as all internal and external project participants
   

What you can contribute:

• Profound knowledge in facade project management
• Several years of professional experience in metal construction/facade construction as project manager/construction manager
• Responsibility for the technical and economic handling of the projects
• A structured and systematic way of working
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Well-versed handling of PC and MS-Office programs; Corresponding knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, Rhino are advantageous
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage

During your apprentice, you will learn and complete the following duties:
- Responsible and varied tasks in a growing company
- Creation of sketches and drafts
- Creation of technical drawings with CAD systems
- Design and construction of 2D and 3D visualization (façade construction)
- Assembly and production drawings for metal and steel structures
- Performing specific calculations
- Digital representation of building details

To support our team in Großbeeren (near Berlin) and Landshut in facade planning and consulting, we are looking for project managers (m/f/d).

Your essential duties include:

• Management, organization and execution of sophisticated facade projects in Germany and worldwide
• Coordination and presentation of results to customers, architects and planners
• Multi-project management in time, in budget & in quality
• Functional and technical coordination with the design team as well as all internal and external project participants
• Development of facade concepts and constructions
• Development of assembly, cleaning and maintenance concepts
• Static and building physics pre-dimensioning
• Preparation of tender documents, cost estimates
• Quality management for internal project tasks
• Quality assurance in the context of the execution phases such as work plan inspection and site inspections
   

What you can contribute:

• Consolidated knowledge in project management around the facade sector
• Several years of professional experience as a facades planner and consultant, in metal construction or facade construction with design responsibility
• Substantial knowledge of building physics and statics in the special field of facdes
• Responsibility for the technical and economic handling of the projects
• Structured and systematic way of working
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Well-versed handling of PC and MS-Office programs; Corresponding knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience with SolidWorks, Revit, Rhino are advantageous

For the successful realization of our projects, we are looking for passionate technical system planners (formerly technical draftsmen) or designers with a focus on steel and metal construction technology for our company headquarters from now on or by arrangement.

Your essential duties include:

• Technical drawing and construction with 2D and 3D programs, e.g. Autocad-Athena Solid Works, Rhino, Loggikal/Orgadata, Revit
• Detailing and adaptation of existing drawings
• Participation and creation of CAD planning (2D and 3D) and lead detail development as well as work and assembly plans
• Execution of technical calculations, planning and design of system solutions
• Independent creation of execution + design drawings
• Holistic, integral concept development of facades (details) taking into account the building physics, static, efficient, buildable and internationally differentiated requirements
• Support and cooperation with our project manager team
   

What you can contribute:

• Completed apprenticeship as a technical system planner/technical draughtsman with a focus on steel and metal construction or comparable technical training or cross-entry with corresponding professional experience
• Profound knowledge of drawing software, e.g. AutoCAD 2D or similar.
• First experience in the design and planning of facades is an advantage, as well as experience in steel and metal construction
• Strong technical understanding
• Ability to work independently, on time and responsibly on projects
• Team player with good communicative and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German, knowledge of English desirable
